We want you to be satisfied with your subscription to Nonduality. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting a refund.
All payments are processed by our authorized third-party payment processor, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Refund requests are subject to their policies and our approval.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Within 14 Days of Purchase: If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
- Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same subscription period.
- Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made to your account without your authorization.
Refund Limitations
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase (except for technical issues or billing errors)
- Subscriptions that have already been cancelled and expired
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period
- Refunds for auto-renewed subscriptions if you did not cancel before the renewal date
- Change of mind after the 14-day period
Important: To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How to Request a Refund
Automatic Self-Service Refund (Recommended)
For eligible refund requests within the 14-day window, you can process your refund instantly through your account:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Account Settings
- Navigate to the Subscription or Billing section
- Click the "Request Refund" button
- Confirm your refund request
- Your refund will be processed automatically if you're within the 14-day eligibility period
The automatic refund system checks your purchase date and instantly processes eligible refunds without requiring manual review. You'll receive immediate confirmation and your refund will be processed according to the timelines listed below.
Email-Based Refund Request (Alternative Method)
If you prefer to request a refund via email, or if your situation doesn't qualify for automatic processing (technical issues, billing errors, etc.), please follow these steps:

- Include the following information in your email:
- Your account email address
- Your order number or transaction ID (if available)
- The date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request
- We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- You will receive an email notification regarding the decision
Please ensure that your refund request is submitted from the email address associated with your account.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed by our payment processor (Merchant of Record)
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing time varies by payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other payment methods: 5-14 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
Cancellation vs. Refund
It's important to understand the difference between cancellation and refund:
- Cancellation: Stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current period. You retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
- Refund: Returns money for a previous charge and may result in immediate loss of access to the Service, depending on the circumstances.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings without contacting support.
Account Access After Refund
If your refund is approved and processed:
- Your premium subscription will be immediately cancelled
- You will lose access to premium features
- Your account will remain active, but will be downgraded to the free tier (if applicable)
- You may re-subscribe at any time if you wish to use the Service again
Promotional Offers and Discounts
For subscriptions purchased with promotional codes or discounts:
- Refunds will be issued for the amount actually paid, not the original price
- Promotional codes cannot be reused after a refund
- Special promotional terms may have different refund conditions (these will be clearly stated at the time of purchase)
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision:

- We will review your case again and provide a final decision
